どこかで見たことがる美少女たち三人を診察(意味深)するゲームです。

基本的に自分の好きに診察が可能ですがやりすぎると怒って帰ってしまう(当然ですが罵倒されます)など怒らせないためのテクニックが必要です。(薬を使えば制限はなくなりますが)

ボイスは最初のキャラ選択と喘ぎ声だけですが女の子の状態によって変わるため実際はセリフ少なめ、反応やバリエーション多めといった感じですね。
