対戦で相手の女の子をイかせることを目標としたいわゆるバトルファック形式の作品です。負けた時に相手の女の子に逆レイプされ、また、好みの方法で負けたい、故意に負けたいという方のための「Mモード」なるシステムが存在します。相手の女の子キャラクターが1人しかいませんが、このソフト自体かなり安いので値段以上の価値があります。
