準備運動、催眠の導入部分、本番パート、すべてが素晴らしかったです。セルフ系の催眠音声作品を購入したのは今回が初めてだったのですが、正直予想以上の効果でした。いつもは解除パートはろくに聴かないのですが、この作品は聴かないと頭がおかしくなるんじゃないかってレベルの催眠でした。催眠に入りやすい方にも、そうでない方にも非常におすすめしたい作品です
