前作のキャラ達が堕ち切った後の姿を描いたCG集。
その性格上、一作目を買った方がより楽しめる。
括約筋を断裂させられるか、クスリの依存症になるかの二択という感じ。
枚数も鬼畜度もパワーアップしてるので、苦手な人はさらに注意&好きな人にはよりオススメ。
