一つの音源で安眠音声・ドライ催眠の両方で使えるのが素晴らしい!通しで聞いて、前半のパートで寝ることも、そこで寝られなかったら催眠を楽しむこともできる、まさに一石二鳥の催眠音声です。

あまあまな、想像しやすいシチュエーションと優しい導入、無理のないドライ指示のおかげで、催眠音声初心者でもかなり楽しめるものだと思います。おすすめです!
