小型犬サイズの体に美人の女性の頭部という人面犬と少年、姉と弟のように育ってきた二人の異種近親相姦とでもいうような交わりが描かれています。
あくまでしっかりした姉として振舞いながらも、犬の本能が随所に出てきて弟の欲望を受け入れてしまうところが非常にそそります。

犬と人間の種の違いというものを理解しながらも、姉として弟を見守る優しさも表現されていて、甘く切ない読後感も心に残る作品です。
