モンスター娘モノとNO逆転モノにある程度の地位をもたらしてくれたもんむすくえすとのRPG版です。
といっても、前作とまったく同じストーリーではなく、前作のプレイヤーも問題なく楽しめます。熱い展開や濃厚な逆レイプも当然健在ですし、ジャンルがRPGになったことでゲームとしてのボリュームが莫大なものになっており、やりこみ要素も尽きません。
