この音声を聞く前に
暑い時期なら氷枕を用意することで
より快適な睡眠と世界観へ入ることが出来ました。

あとは彼女の指示に従って心を落ち着かせるのです。
催眠なんて・・・と思う方もいるかもしれませんが

睡眠を助けてくれる人(?)がいる、そう考えるだけで十分です。
