一作目とシチュエーションは近い感じで、ホームでの露出と異物挿入が主となっています。日焼けビキニ全裸絆創膏という差分を試験的にやっているのと、女の子の笑顔があるのが大きな違い。タイトルのSHISAKUは何か大きいプロジェクトの前段階なのか、そう思わせてくれる作品と言えます。
