この作品から初めて催眠に入りました。
最初のリラックス運動から落ち着いて催眠に入りにいけて導入は簡単に入れました。
だんだん深いところまで催眠に入っていくのは不思議な感覚を覚えました。
白く包まれる感覚はとても気持ちよくて、声もすごい感じました。
少し長い作品なので途中で催眠が切れてしまう方もいるかもしれないですがとてもおススメです
