ニプルヘイムの狩人のスピンオフという位置づけです。
作品自体はかなり軽く、サクサク進んでサクサクおわります。

本編にあたる狩人の主人公にはどんな過去があったのか?それがある程度わかる話であります。
個人的には本編→本作→本編で遊んでみるのも面白いとおもいました。
