作業用と聞くと無機質なイメージがありますが、この作品では「ED.ありがとうの電話」パートにて、あかりの体温を感じることができ、それぞれの音声に命が宿り、あかりの気持ちの重みが乗ります。リピート可能な音声ファイルにも、あかりの表情が浮かんでくるほど、「音」が「声」になっています。
遠くにいるあかりの声によって心の支えを感じ、今、目の前の作業や仕事に集中でき、ろうそくの火が移るように、それらにも命が宿るような気がします。
