エロゲ等によくある内容ですが、音声作品だとかなり珍しいと思います。
プレイはいたって普通なのですが、シチュエーションがよく、演じられている遠藤茉愛さんの声もお姉さんらしい綺麗な声で聴きやすいです。
シチュエーションだけでもかなり購入する価値はあります。クオリティも悪くないです。

ただ、せっかく女性専用のシェアハウスという設定なので、日常の流れにエッチシーンを入れたり、ストーリーを作ったり、お約束のエッチなハプニング等があってもいいかなと思いました。
