ひとつ注意点としては、尿意がある状態で聞くと苦しさのあまり意思に反して出てしまうことがあるかもしれません。特に限界近くまで我慢して身体中力んでいる状態から呼吸許可が出て脱力した時が一番危ないです。事前にトイレに行っておくか防水シーツを敷いておくかをオススメします。
