えろえろなイベント群が追加されるだけでなく、追加されたイベント用の伏線も違和感なく本編内に組み込まれます。

ゲーム体験としては、初見から「アペンド適用済みの本編」を遊ぶのがベストと断言できます。

体感的には本編と追加分を併せて「完全版」という感じなので、未プレイの人には両方買うことを強くおすすめします。
