ご主人様とメイドが恋人どうしという設定は良いですね。
愛し合っている感じが伝わります。
「その後」が気になるので、後日談とかがあれば見てみたいです。

百合要素ですが、個人的に要らなかったかという印象です。というより、紡ちゃん一人で良かったのではないでしょうか(美女どうしなのでアリっちゃアリですが)
それ以外はほぼ満点です。
