ペイントフォーシリーズの1作品です。
相手の怪人の持つイチジク銃や頭のイチジクから出す液体を、乳首や肛門に次々と撃ちこまれて力が出なくなったヒロインが気力を振り絞るも犯されます。
割と明るいタッチの絵柄ですが、最後の方は結構エグい演出もあります。
搾乳、浣腸、下腹部拡張といったシチュエーションがお好きな方はぜひ。
