タイトルの通り、エロゲキャラが現実に出てきたらという、誰しも一度は抱く(?)妄想をCG集化した作品。当然と言わんばかりに、キャラは自分しか眼中になく、全身でエッチを楽しませてくれる・楽しんでいる。まさに、妄想通り。
ただし、ヤンデレらしい終わり方をどう取るかによって、不愉快になる可能性も無くはない。作品紹介の時点で予想できることと言えばそれまでではある
が……
