「魔法入門」シリーズの大ファンなのでこちらも購入してみました。
「魔法入門」シリーズが半ば(以上)ファンタジーであったのに対し、こちらはファンタジーの形を取った自己暗示の音声ガイダンスです。
自分に自信が無かったり、何となく疲れていたり、そういう時にこの音声の言う通りにしてみると気が晴れるかも知れません。
とても良い作品です。
