耳をぼーーっと長い間刺激し続ける一音が心地よかったです。長く聞いてると少しぼんやりしてきますが、そのまま寝てしまえるのならいいのではないでしょうか?
原理などはよくわかりませんが、ボヤーっとしたい時、心が波立っている時にはとてもよく聞くと思います。
