タイトル通り姉妹の姉が主人公。
妹が友達と下校中に姉について話しています。
自慢と賞賛の会話をBGMに、本人は激闘を繰り広げています。
姉の方の声や効果音はほぼカットで、戦いの描写の上に妹達の会話が乗っかりそのまま最後まで続きます。
それがより激しさ、痛々しさを際立たせる恐ろしい演出になってます。
