前作に引き続き電車内での逆痴漢ものです。
前作の関西弁お姉さんとは違い、お嬢様に丁寧語で責められ、精を搾り取られてしまいます。
おおまかな流れは前作と似たような感じですが、最後は前立腺責めによる搾精になっています。
