時間制限がついているのをみると一周プレイしただけではシーンのコンプリートが難しいのではないかと思えるかもしれないけれど、難易度はそれほど高いものではなく、Hシーンに関しても集めやすい仕様になっている。
続編として『エリナの奴隷日記 -わたし、ママになります!-』が発売されているが、本作はこの続編と比べるとHシーンでのSEがないという違いがある。しかし、今作は続編と違い、日常的な生活の中でのHシーンが主であるので、どちらも買って損はない。
