2回目ではじめて催眠にかかれました。

1回目は声に集中して右・左と意識を動かしてしまい、なかなかかかれませんでした。
なので2回目は意識を真上(天井)に向けて聞いてみたら、落ちました。
はじめての感覚で怖くて飛び起きてしまいました。
3回目に通しで聞いて、イクことはできませんでしたが、快感(のようなもの?)は感じることができました。

あと何回か聞けばイケそうですね。楽しみです。
