野上菜月さんの”お姉さん”といった感じの声がとても良く、導入でとてもリラックスして催眠状態に入りやすかったです。
話を聞いているとボーッとしてきて、スーッと入っていく感じでとてもスムーズにことが進めました。
最終的にはセルフですがドライものより簡単に達しやすく、個人的には催眠音声を初めて聞く方にオススメできる作品だと思います。
