タイトル通り、お医者さんレイパーの追加のパッチです。
製品では動かなかったシーンが本パッチで動画として動くようになり、更にエロくなっています。
この作品自体では動作はしないので、必ずお医者さんレイパーを購入する必要があるのが注意点ですが、すごくいい作品ですのでおすすめです。
