催眠音声を聞いても掛からない、あるいは掛かりにくいと感じている人や、催眠なんて怪しいと思っている人におすすめできる作品です。

催眠に対する根本的な誤解を解く説明が数多くなされており、個人差に合わせた配慮が行き届いている作品であるとも思いました。

・数種類の声優さんを起用している
・数種類のイメージ誘導を用意している
・理論編→実践編→おさらい編という体系立てられた構成

また、催眠経験者の方でも、実践編の部分だけ聞いても楽しめるかもしれません。
