タイトルに美熟母というワードが入っているが、こちらの作品では兄嫁の方がメインで美熟母の方は続編でという感じ

さばさばとした感じの兄嫁と主人公が最初は一回限りの関係というはずだったのが、どんどんその関係に溺れていく

一応、ハッピーエンド感に溢れたエンディングもあり、こちらの方では主人公も兄嫁も健全な幸せを掴むことができている

そうでない方のエンディングは、ひたすらに肉欲におぼれていく感じです
