導入がじっくり時間をかけて、絵本を読み聞かせるようにしてくれるので深くかかることができる
セルフの部分もあるためドライに慣れていない場合も安心できる

聞くときにはパンツが必要となるができれば白いブリーフを履くべきだ。あとやわらかい毛布やタオルを用意してくるまると体感により催眠の効果が増す
