前作の「ジャングルでイこう!」で蚊帳の外だったサクラのエッチもあり、物語のほとんどがエッチシーンで埋まっていて、実用性バッチリ!
サクラが欲求不満で、変化の術を使ってエッチをしようと目論んだせいで、ややこしいエロ展開が始まり、
ナルトはスケベ丸出しで本能のおもむくままヤリまくり、ツナデは年下のナルトにされるがままという、いつも以上にドタバタなエロコメディにもなっています。

前作の続きなので、ナルトとツナデがすっかり夫婦のような雰囲気でエッチをしちゃっているのが、個人的に面白く、微笑ましかったです。
