外伝ということもあってか過去の作品とは大分プレイ感が異なります。
主人公は固定で、シナリオ型です。(前作のファンは違和感が少しあるかも)

海賊として、船舶を襲ったり、売春宿を経営したりして力を貯めながら、ストーリーを進めていきます。シミュレーションとしての質は秀逸で、難易度もかなりシビアなので色々と戦略を立てるのが楽しいです。

薬物で、女性の体(乳、陰毛その他)を変化させてプレイできます。
個人的には捕虜調教が実装されていないのが残念でした。
