この作品、一言で言えば[ギャグ混じりのレイプもの]。レイプものではあるのだが、原作の主人公でもある悠ちゃんの脳が少々この作品内では痛んでおり、ところどころ笑える部分がある。のほほん(?)と笑いながら読めるがエロく、夜の友にも出来る万能本。
