ROの異種姦シリーズ第4弾ですが、前作までと比べ、ボリュームとストーリー性が大幅に増加しています。また、出産などのシーンもあります。

CGのみの差分モードと、ノベルと組み合わせたモードがあり、どちらもかなりのボリュームです。
システム的にも、切り替えが楽でストレス無くプレイできます。
