ニプルファックを扱った作品は珍しくないが(そうでもない?)、本作では乳首に触手や男根を挿入するだけではなく、乳房の内部に蟲を産み付けるという荒業が出てくる。もちろん、その蟲たちが成長したり、卵を産んだりして、乳首からひり出されるという描写もある。犠牲になるヒロインがただの一般人ではなく、気の強い女戦士(スパイ?)というのも嬉しい。
一応、普通(とも言い切れないが)の輪姦シーンもあり。
なお、二十枚以上のオマケCGが付いているが、それらの中には乳をテーマにしていないCGや非エロのCGも含まれている。
