シリーズ第五弾。前作に続いて、凄惨な蛇姦ショーが描かれる。犯し役の蛇と変態オヤジは前作と役割を交代し、蛇は主に後ろの穴を責め、オヤジは前の穴を責める。蛇がヒロインの母乳を吸い取る描写もある。
ちなみにヒロインは最初から最後までずっと腹ボテである(蛇が放った大量の精子によって擬似妊娠しているため)。
巻末に「NEXT STAGE」と題された見開きのイラストがついているのだが、それが後日談を描いたオマケなのか、新シリーズの予告なのかは判らない。個人的には後者を希望。
