「エルフ触胎」の姉妹編だが、作品内容の項に記されているように前作をプレイしていなくても問題はない。むしろ「エルフ触胎」より先にこちらを購入したほうが楽しめるかもしれない。
内容はエルフのヒロインがモンスターに凌辱されるというもの。ファンタジー系のエロでは定番ともいえるシチュエーションだが、本作はただの凌辱では終わらない。徹底的に犯されて孕まされたところで別のモンスターが現れ、ボテ腹の状態で新たな凌辱が始まるのだ。
もちろん、このサークルはおなじみの断面図やニプルファックや搾乳などのシュチエーションも健在。
