ファイルは、wav と mp3 のものが用意されている(内容はおなじ)。本編となるのは「催眠パート」で、40 分ほどある。催眠導入、催眠中、催眠解除という構成。基本的に、「ミサ先生」が、状況を説明したり、指示や許可を出したりして、進んでいく。行為内容は具体的ではなく、なにか浮遊する快楽が身体を包むような、そういう感覚の言葉がかけられる。終始、雨音が背景に流れていて、リラックスすることができる。
