集合住宅での日常生活を描いた、おなじみの舞台設定で、
こういうのはえっちシーンになると、生々しく映る。
各キャラ 3 〜 6 シーン程度あって、アニメつきのもある。
ハーレムものがわりと充実していた。

あと、主人公がえっちシーンになるとのりのり責め責めで、
ギャップっぷりは楽しめた。
攻略はわりとめんどう。
