マンションを舞台にしてはいるが、マッドサイエンティストなんかが出てきて、人妻ものにしては、やや現実離れした、コミカルな設定である。不倫しているとか、貞操を奪われるとか、そういう陰惨な要素がないのは、むしろいいのかもしれない。
