脱衣麻雀で、女の子一人に3回戦用意されている。リーチを知らせてくれるのはもちろんのこと、どの牌を捨てれば、待ち牌がどれで計何枚残っているのかまで教えてくれる。かなりの親切設計である。あと、いろいろイカサマ技もあって、ただの麻雀ゲームでは終わらないつくりになっている。
「一部音声あり」とあるのは、ゲーム中で「リーチ」とか「ロン」とかいってくれる。
葵渚の原画はなかなかよく、彩色も、それに映えるものになっている。
