なぜか女子寮で暮らすことになった主人公。この寮は、なぜか主人公の部屋に隣の少女の部屋が覗ける穴があったり、着替えを覗ける隙間がドアに隠されていたりするラッキースケベ仕様となっていた。覗ける部屋に住むのは、主人公が引っ越してきたことを快く思わない寮内のリーダー沙奈恵、沙奈恵とは対照的に面白いことが大好きで主人公を歓迎する莉菜、そしてそもそも男性恐怖症の少女琴乃の3人。彼女たちとの寮内と学園での過ごし方で主人公の運命は大きく変化する。
