作品タイトルの「ヤン」の文字に敬遠してしまう人も多いと思うが、いわゆる「ヤンデレ」とは少々意味合いが異なる。どちらかといえば一途に主人公を思うがゆえの突飛な行動を指しており、なんとなく微笑ましい。Hシーンは妊娠前はあっさりめ、妊娠発覚後はマニアックなプレイに走り始める。ボテ腹Hに定評のあるスワン作品の真骨頂ともいえる出来。オススメ。
