成年向け投稿雑誌風にCG集が作られており、タイトルから連想するとおり妊婦さんしか出ません。
近親相姦等もありシチュ的にはダークなのですが、作風とキャラの性格からあんまり暗い話という感じはありません。
水着妊婦等の普通ではまず見かけることの無いシチュエーションもあるので、妊婦さん好きでバリエーションを求める人にはうってつけだと思います。
