流産の語源となった水蛭子の由来の説明等もあり、古いアダルトアニメを見た人なら懐かしい気持ちになるかもしれません。
姉弟の近親相姦物がベースですが選択肢によって水蛭子の出産等もあります。
選択肢は少ないので、一時間以内に全てのCGは見れますが、回想シーンがないのが残念でした。
