今回は、薬剤や触手といった設定を使って通常の倍以上の大きさのモンスターを妊娠します。
その為現実ではありえないサイズまでお腹が膨らみ、前作までより大分ファンタジー色が強くなっています。
出産は名無しのエルフが1回、ダークエルフの娘が1回、更に姉弟で一回とボリュームも十分あり、次回作も期待できる出来です。
