タイトル通り黒姫の中では純愛系に位置付けてもよい作品。
　ストーリーは義姉の美央を義弟の康平がHしていくというもので、分岐はあるものの、ストーリーは基本的に一本道で、後味のよいものとあっております。
　原画は同人界で人気の水原　優氏ですが。他の作品と比べるとCGの影響かやや硬い印象があり、ファンとしては若干不満もありますが、母乳あり、孕ませあり、やっぱり美央はかわいいです。
　水原氏のファン、後味のよいゲームが好きな方にオススメ。
