団地内の大人の女性の部屋へ主人公の男の子が遊びに行く内容を
CGとノベルにしたもの。
各部屋でのシュチュエーションは2種用意されており、
それぞれがサークルさま独特のエロさと、
横に表示されるノベルが読みやすく、雰囲気も良く出ていてGOODでした。
いかせんもう少し量が欲しいのですが、お値段的には悪くないと思います。
