展開されるさまざまなHシーンはエロくて楽しめるし、コメディタッチでテンポよく
進める。
性転換ゲームの金字塔であり、マンネリといわれようとも「Xchange 」シリーズの四弾をぜひとも作って欲しい。
「拓也」がお気に入りなためか女拓也と結婚したい野望を持つ工藤弘二というキャラになぜか共感してしまいます。
商業ゲームでありながら2000円という値段はとてもいい。
