フルアニメで動く可愛い女の子と同棲生活が楽しめる凄いコンセプトのゲーム。キャラクターデザインが非常に可愛い。
ヒロインのパンツを100種類集めたり、占いなど一寸した仕掛けがあるのも楽しい。
エロシーンを全て集めると一応終了という形になるが、「クリア」という概念が無いので延々と同棲生活を続ける事が出来る。
