浮遊都市の雇われ軍師となって、女の子と一緒に戦ったり、町を発展させたりするシミュレーションゲーム。
やり込み要素もあり、フリーバトルありなのでメインのシナリオで苦戦したりしたらそちらで資金やレベル上げをして強化したりなど、どの行動も強化に繋がっているため、サクサク進められます。
